RAW: Las Vegas presents – The BLEND
Las Vegas, Nevada – May 14, 2012 - RAW natural born artists will present their latest showcase on May 24, 2012 starting at 8:00p.m. The event will include local artistic talent from in, and around the valley at The Royal House.
What is RAW? - RAW: natural born artists is an indie arts organization for artists by artists. They provide independent artists of all creative genres, with the tools, resources and exposure needed to inspire and cultivate creativity. RAW events take place every fourth Thursday of the month and RAW invites the arts community, media and other industry professionals to meet and celebrate local talent. During RAW Vegas' 2011 premier season they showcased over 80 hand-selected artists in film, fashion, music, visual art, photography, accessories, performing art, models, hair and makeup.
“We love having the opportunity to showcase a blend of both established and up & coming local artistic talent at The Royal House,” said Amber Cajiao, RAW: Las Vegas' City Director. “This is RAW talent at its finest!”
This month’s event “The BLEND”, will feature an amazing blend of visual and musical art including runway fashions, accessories, makeup, & hair by, Ex Creations, Phake Gold., Janet, Myriah Quintela, Kailyn Scarlett, Shantel, Christine Esposito of Funky Recycling & Kristal Meow. The event will also feature performance art by Immortalizer and photography by Frankie DarkstAr. Experience LIVE body painting by Tai Shane and Tiki Jay. Musical talents of Prince Tony, The Devils You know, & Michael Louis Austin and visual art by Sean Powell, SAC-RED1, casual Tee, Angel Alcala, & Brice Gielgens will also be featured.
